Balaraman Srinivasan holds more than 25 years of professional experience in Secretarial, Legal, Financial, Banking, and Statutory Compliance domain. As a practicing Company Secretary, he has been responsible for secretarial compliances and advisory across range of companies - from startups to publicly listed companies to conglomerates, and various venture capital funds. Bala is also expert in overseas domiciled funds and their related compliance matters. He has advised multiple ventures on IPOs, Listing, M&A compliances. He is also a registered Insolvency & Bankruptcy Resolution professional.

Bala holds Masters degree in Corporate Secretaryship, a Bachelor degree in General Law and various NISM certification on Compliance and Governance matters. He is a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
