Joginder brings over 25 years of rich experience and is recognized as one of India's leading general counsel. He has worked at Cisco, IBM, Nokia and Sun Microsystems as an inhouse counsel, and as an attorney at Kochhar & Co (India) and TMI Associates (Japan). He brings business leadership experience from the legal process outsourcing industry. Joginder is also an angel investor and advisor to various startups.

• His areas of expertise include regulatory compliance, telecom licensing, product certification, go-to-market and channel policies, contractual strategy and negotiations, commercial structuring, IP valuation, M&A and divestitures, litigation strategy, and legal technology and tools.
